1. Who we are
This policy explains how Masarat Najd Trading Company (Unified National Number 7031812824) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
2. Data we collect
When you submit a quote, demo or enquiry form, we collect what you give us: your name, job title, organization name and type, city, mobile number, email, preferred contact method, request details and any file you attach. We also record aggregated site usage (pages visited and where visits come from), without cookies and without linking it to your identity.
3. How we use it
We use your data to respond to your request, prepare a quotation or demo, and contact you about it. We use aggregated statistics to improve the site. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for purposes unrelated to your request.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on the consent you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers we rely on to run this site (hosting, database and email delivery), and only as far as needed, or where the law requires it.
6. Retention
We keep request data for as long as needed to handle your request and manage the business relationship. After that we delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
7. Your rights
