The problem
When assets leave for projects without a clear record, it becomes hard to know what was issued to each site, what returned to the warehouse, what remains in custody, and what transport, loading and unloading cost.

Asset register
The system registers assets and equipment by barcode and serial number when needed, keeping a record for each asset.
Project requests
A project manager requests the needed assets and equipment, with quantities, delivery date and expected return date.
Issue and return
The system records assets leaving the warehouse, reaching the site and returning, updating each asset's status with every movement.
Custody by project or receiver
Custody appears under the employee, project or site that received the asset until it returns to the warehouse or custody changes.
Movement costs
Transport, labor, loading and unloading costs are recorded against each project or site movement.
Stocktake and variances
The system compares physical counts with what should be in the warehouse, site or custody and shows variances to management.
Role permissions
Each user sees and does what their role allows.

Yes. It supports barcodes and serial numbers for assets that need unit-level tracking.
Does it fit companies outside events?
Yes. It fits any organization with assets or equipment moving between the warehouse, projects and sites, such as setup companies, contractors, maintenance teams and operational organizations.
Do we install anything?
No. It runs in the browser, in Arabic and English.
Is our data kept apart from other organizations?
Yes. Each organization has its own environment, and users sign in with two-factor authentication and role permissions.
Does it track transport and loading costs?
Yes. Shipping, labor, loading and unloading costs can be recorded against the project or asset movement.
