Visitor-site operations software built around the site map
The problem
When the map, assets, tickets, visits and workshops live in separate tools, the operations team cannot see where a problem happened, whether maintenance or cleaning received it, or how it affected the visitor experience.
Core modules
Site map
You map the site, rooms, halls, yards and routes in the system, with each zone's status visible on the map.
Asset and exhibit register
You register each asset, exhibit or device in its location, such as screens, projectors, air conditioning and technical exhibits.
Maintenance and cleaning tickets
Staff open a ticket from the map against a hall, asset or zone, and the system routes it to maintenance or cleaning by type.
Operations follow-up
The operations team follows ticket status and progress until closure, so issues do not disappear between departments.
Visits and routes
It manages public, school and VIP visits, with tickets or registration and the routes visitors follow inside the site.
Workshops and events
You create workshops that are standalone or linked to an event or visit route, and visitors can select them during registration when needed.
Operations and analytics dashboards
Dashboards show operational status, visitor counts, open tickets, affected zones, and visit and workshop activity.
Venzor Core in a working day
A supervisor sees the site map and the status of each hall and zone. If a screen fails or a hall needs cleaning, staff open a ticket from the issue location, it goes to the right team, and its status stays visible until closure. At the same time, the team manages public, school and VIP visits, routes, workshops and events, with indicators shown in operations and analytics dashboards.
